Randy McCaskill
Randy is licensed to practice in Arizona and Washington. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Courts for Arizona, and Western and Eastern Washington. He is a member of the Pro Bono Panel for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and is actively involved with the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education.
Randy was born and raised in Ojai, California and has spent the majority of his adult life in Western Washington. He earned his Bachelors' of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University in 1999. As a doctoral student in American History at the University of Washington, Randy was employed as a historical consultant for a variety of cases involving product liability and Native American concerns. Randy received his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law in 2004.
