Pele K. Peacock

Pele K. Peacock was raised in Phoenix, Arizona and attended Arcadia High School where she served as class president. Ms. Peacock received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in May of 2004. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Peacock interned for two summers at a civil litigation firm in Ketchum, Idaho. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in May of 2007, where she was a third generation graduate of the College of Law. During law school, Ms. Peacock was President of the Student Bar Association, a member of the Trial Team, and the President of the Women's Law Caucus. She spent the summer of 2005 studying international law in Dublin, Ireland and in Prague, Czech Republic. In the summer of 2006, Ms. Peacock worked as a law clerk in the U.S. Senate. In the spring of 2007, Ms. Peacock volunteered with the Student Hurricane Network performing legal aid services for Hurricane Katrina victims in New Orleans, Louisiana.

At graduation Ms. Peacock was recognized by both the University of Idaho College of Law faculty and student body. For the first time in history, the faculty adopted a resolution recognizing Ms. Peacock's extraordinary service to the College of Law community. She also received the Outstanding Student Service Award of 2007 which was awarded by the graduating class to one graduating student that exemplified a spirit of devotion to improving and enhancing the law school community.

Ms. Peacock is currently licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Arizona. She is a member of the Scottsdale Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division of the Arizona State Bar, and the American Bar Association.
